19 October 2006 - Up and running. We are currently planning a recording session this winter, a five to six track ep or seven inch is being released in the beginning of 2007. Some new shows will soon be up. Over and out, friend.
19 September 2006 - It's good to be back. After ten shows through the German reich we're finally back in Sweden. It has been a blast! Thanks to all the nice promotors, the bands we played with, Ingo & Kiste @ Rock This Town, all the new people we met and to everyone that came to our shows. Thank you!

25 July 2006 - Göteborg Rock City. We're back again from the trip to Copenhagen and Oskarshamn. Cheers to Mikkel, John, Tore and the people in Oskarshamn - we had a blast! The finale at Showdown in Gothenburg was better than expected. Cheers to all friends that showed up! Right now we're getting ready for the tour in September. 24 May 2006 - Ah, tourdates! We've got a fist full of upcoming gigs and we couldn't be more happy. Ingo at 'Rock This Town' is working hard to set up a grande tour down in Germany this autumn, and we're also doing some shows in Scandinavia this summer. Stay fit!
7 May 2006 - Home at last. We barely survived Norway and had a blast! Thanks to everyone that showed up in Oslo and Halden. The gig in Västerås was cancelled - the venue fucked things up and we are sorry about that. Hope to see you soon anyway...

30 November 2005 - Save yourselves from hell! Sweet Addiction's full-length-debut 'Class and Dignity' will arrive in Sweden within this week. The date for release is set to the 14:th of Januray 2006. We just came back from a small tour together with the boys in Adam West. We had a blast, even though the peaople of Norway choosed to stay at home. Fuckers! We will meet up with Adam West for the last show of their tour in Scandinavia - see you all at Club Slacker in Gothenburg. 10 October 2005 - Waiting for the sun. Swedish artwork-company Royale is hired for making the cover for upcoming release "Class n' Dignity". We had a meeting with them earlier today, and the record will be a handsome piece of work. The tour with Adam West will hopefully be to gigs longer, more about this soon...
20 September 2005 - SA-Rudeboys are back from the dead. A full, uncut story from the tour in Germany will be found in the Diary within a couple of days, but allready you can watch the photos from the Wandervogel Tour, right here! Dean Dirg is probably the best band in the world. Sweet Addiction will rest for next week, since Jacob is going to USA for promotion and vaccation. 'Class n' Dignity' will be sent for pressing in the beginning of October. Since then - danke schön.
6 September 2005 - New tourdates. We got a couple of new gigs for next week's trip to Germany. Will will play in Berlin with The Movements and in Wutha with The Accidents. We also got a couple of new dates for the tour with Adam West. See you there...
1 September 2005 - Watch yer back! The "Class n' Dignity"-recording is going to be finalized during next week. On Monday we do the final mixing at Gain-studios, and on Wednesday we start the mastering at Master-Room in Gothenburg. The material will be sent for pressing in mabye two weeks. Stay fit!
15 August 2005 - Class n' Dignity-recording complete. During three days we have recorded six new songs, "Spiritual Negro", "Sound Of The Revolution", "The Boys Are Back" and three yet untitled songs. It was a pleasure working with Robert in the studio, and the result will be mixed in the beginning of this week. Adios.
10 August 2005 - News from the Crypt. Earlier today, Sweet Addiction started the final recording-session of upcoming full-length album 'Class n' Dignity'. In three hours we did all the drums and bass, and most rythm guitars. Tomorrow we do solos and percussion. Friday is all Axl's. The six new songs sounds better than we thought, and we can assure you that the record will be a killer! Watch out, jungen...
26 July 2005 - Welcome to sweetaddiction.se! Sweet Addiction would first of all like to say sorry for the lack of updates during the spring of 2005. We are currently working on our upcoming full-length album, witch is going to be released this autumn. The second recording will be held at Gain-studios in Gothenburg, starting Wednesday the 10:th of August. We will tell you all about the session as soon as it's done. Other great news is that the SA-boys will be appear at the PopKomm Festival in Berlin at the 15:th of September. Be there or be square! Heads up, that's all for now...

2 February 2005 - Guten Tag friends. The first sign of life in 2005. Sweet Addiction are glad to announce a fist full of new gigs. Amplifiers and guitars are moved to Gothenburg, so we say cheers and goodbye to the barn in Rävlanda. We've recorded six songs for our upcoming release, but we'll probably enter the studio one more time for an additional session. We've got new merchandice coming up, as well a new website. 21 December 2004 - Merry Christmas, to all of you. Only three days to go, and Sweet Addiction have some big news coming up. 12 December 2004 - The boys are back in town. A quarter of a year has past since the latest written words. No more tears, Sweet Addiction is back with a brand new recording in the bag. Six songs were recorded during the Gain-session and the result was pure black magic. The record will be released during 2005. Keep your faith, brothers. Since the Bad Mongo gig in Åland (FIN) @ Pub Bastun was canceled, the club gave the denim demons and Sweet Addiction a new opportunity in February 2005. See you all then! It's good to be back...
4 September 2004 - Upcoming recording & bad news. Sweet Addiction are now booked in Gain Studios (Gbg/Swe) from September 9:th to 11:th. Will probably make four or five, hopefully six songs during this studio-session. The bad news is that Sweet Addiction will take a brake for three months this autumn. The fact is that guitarist Jacob is going to prison from September 14:th, due to different conflicts with Swedish Police. Date of release is set to December 11:th. Bassplayer Jonatan is during this time taking a trip to Nepal to study the ancient art of Chi-No-San, drummer Peter will handle the sticks in GBG-punkquartet 'The Dynamite' (www.thedynamite.tk) while Axl is going to study the rise and fall of Slavian languages and cultures. But don't worry, Sweet Addiction will be back in the darkest hour, with a new record and a fist full of gigs. See you in December!

6 July 2004 - Upcoming studio session. Sweet Addiction are home again after one week in Danish mud, blood and smoke. The band are now getting ready for the upcoming studio session in Gain Studios. The recording will contain three or four new pieces of rock music, and it will be released some time this fall/winter. Stay black.

11 June 2004 - Kai Martin likes rock n' roll. Two weeks ago, Swedish news-magazine Expressen, had a contest for upcoming bands. First and second price was a gig on this summer's 'Metaltown' (www.metaltown.se). Sweet Addiction came at third place and recieved some space in Expressen. Unfortiunaly, one half of the judge was Oscar Dronjak, also known as the guitarist of Swedish power-metal band Hammerfall.
1 June 2004 - Boys back from the UK. The gigs with Brittish quartet 'My Deaf Audio' (www.mydeafaudio.com) in England were great, and the audience gave a good response. 15 May 2004 - Sweet Addiction touring the UK. Two weeks ago brittish orcestra 'My Deaf Audio' (www.mydeafaudio.com) played a couple of gigs with Sweet Addiction in Sweden. More information about the trip can be found in the Diary. Now it's time for the swedish lads to share the roads of England alongside the brittish quartet. Cities to be destroyed are York, Lincoln, Worcester and Peterborough. The first gig will be held Thursday the 27:th of May at Certificate 18 in York.
