15 May 2010 - Sweet Addiction tour Sweden in June! It is now official that Sweet Addiction will be supporting legendary punk lady Texas Terri (US) on her tour through Sweden this June. Sweet Addiction will also be in Terri's backing band - which means that the band will be playing two sets each night. We've had this planned for a long time and finally the pieces fit. 4 December 2007 - New compilations. We are proud to announce that Sweet Addiction is appearing on two new compilations, "Punk Kills Vol.3" and "Stå Upp För Afrika". The Punk Kills compilation is released by LA label 272 Records and it's gonna be a blast. The "Stå Upp För Afrika" compilation unites 20 artist from all over the world in one good cause. On this record you will also hear songs by Skitsystem, Love Explosion, Jaqee, Kapten Röd and Transwagon. Get hold on one of these records today. Cheers!

13 October 2007 - Alleycat Allnighter! Saturday the 9:th of February, Sweet Addiction will perform with label friends such as Henry Fiat's Open Sore, Blisterhead, The High Hats, Alex Face and The Movements. The venue will be Musikens Hus in Gothenburg and it's gonna be a blast! Be sure to buy your tickets in time. See ya!

28 August 2007 - Cancelled show. Sadly our show at Musikens Hus this Friday was cancelled. The festival will instead be held later on this autumn. Keep updated for more info about it. Jacob and Peter will be out playing with The Process the following weeks, so see you in a while. Peace!

3 June 2007 - Great show! Thank you everybody who showed up last night in the Solkult Festival in Lidköping. We had a blast - great sound and a great show! Next stop is Rostock, where Sweet Addiction will continue the riots...

29 May 2007 - First rehersal in months. This Saturday we hade our first reharsal in 5 months. The songs sounded worse but fast - what you loose in details you gain in speed! That suites us fine. We are currently getting ready for our show in Lidköping this Saturday the 2:nd of June. We'll play with our friends in Alex Face. See you there!

7 May 2007 - Summer's almost here! Visited Boogiefest in Gotheburg this weekend. What a time! The Kidnappers, Mojomatics and Nikki Corvette & The Stingrays did some amazing shows! This Wednesday Black Lips will visit our hometown and we'll get drunk once again. Don't you just love the summer?

27 March 2007 - A new website launched & other news... Sweet Addiction are proud to welcome you to your new favorite hangout - www.sweetaddiction.se. This website is updated with some new shit and a brand new design. Enjoy! We've also decided to put some new shows up, we're doing a minor tour in Germany this June and then we're about to celebrate our 10:th birthday in August. As you may have noticed, the band has decided to take a break during this spring - a decision that made us put the upcoming record on hold. We are currently working on this upcoming 7" and we hope it'll be ready in time for the big birthday party. More news will be updated as the summer comes along... peace!
